ANSWER (8.0+):
The provided illustration depicts the proposed layout for a new town. Overall, the town is predominantly residential, as most areas will be designated for housing, while industrial zones are only planned on its outskirts. The road system is designed in a radial pattern, with main roads leading to the town center and a ring road encircling it.
In terms of housing and industrial areas, the area inside the ring road will feature six accommodation zones surrounding a central downtown square. Larger areas for houses will be provided on the town’s outer layer, occupying most of the space. By contrast, only two industrial zones are planned, a smaller one in the top left corner and a larger one in the bottom right corner of the map.
Regarding other facilities, four roads will connect the ring road to the downtown, where two parking areas and two bus stops stand, and seven others will be built on the outskirts of the town. Additionally, four recreational areas are proposed along the road leading to the town center from the bottom of the map, with another one planned to the right of the central square.
